Poster- Life Is Too Short / Recovering from Hernia Operation- Get Well Soon !

my wife and my close friend life is too short is recovering from a hernia operation performed yesterday.

she is doing fine, just a bit sore .

she worked really hard in bethel and had a hernia before from lifting too much in her job back there.

Rest and do absolutely everything the doctor tells you to and more.
My roommate is also recovering from a hernia operation. Unfortunately he's doing all the wrong things. He's not resting by lying down in bed for several hours so that he can heal. He's suffering more pain as a result and is taking more codeine than he should. That, in turn is making him more constipated, which further aggravates and even endangers his operation.
